A Chemical-Resistant Vacuum Pump is a type of diaphragm pump. Diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for the continuous, oil-free evacuation and pumping of gases.
All of the parts that come into contact with pumped media are constructed from aluminium and select, quality plastics. This allows for a wide range of applications for non-corrosive gases.
The two-stage construction of this device provides the highly advantageous combination of efficient, high pumping speed and an ultimate vacuum down to 7 mbar. The highly flexible, fabric-reinforced, double diaphragm made of FKM is very ideal for extended operating life. In addition, the new NT-series features further improved performance data.
Performance features of the chemical-resistant vacuum pump include contamination-free pumping and evacuation of gases, a high flow rate even when approaching an ultimate vacuum, extremely quiet operation, extremely low vibration, outstanding diaphragm durability, and maintenance-free drive.
