Concrete Curing Tanks

Curing tanks are used to enable the quick testing of concrete cubes from 7 to 28 days.

Using a temperature-controlled water tank allows the cubes to be cured without the loss of moisture from the concrete, This gives a true test of the specimen strength when crushed.

LabQuip manufacture various sized tanks from small plastic site tanks 600x400mm for only a few cubes to larger plastic tanks to accommodate many more cubes.

LabQuip also manufacture large galvanised steel tanks from 1m x 900mm to our most popular size 1500mm x 750mm.

Our tanks come with digital heating control either in 220v or 110v.

We can supply any size tank on request.

This is of utmost importance as it leads to a far more accurate result when testing the strength of the concrete specimen with a concrete cube test.

LabQuip manufactures various sized concrete curing tanks from small plastic site tanks that are 600x400x400mm for only a few cubes (between 30 and 45) to larger plastic tanks that accommodate many more cubes. LabQuip also manufactures large galvanised steel tanks with dimensions measuring from 1000mm x 900mm to our most popular size 1500mm x 750mm.

The tanks that we manufacture here at LabQuip Limited come with digital heating control either in 220v or 110v. The controls are set to maintain the water temperature at 20°C ± 2°C.
